HOW DOES THE SIZING WORK?
As we stock a number of brands, we have found that there can be some variation in sizing between shoe suppliers. Basically, depending on who makes them, the shoes may be slightly more or less generous in their sizing. We do our utmost to review each style and size carefully and appraise the sizing for each one. Therefore, we encourage you to read the shoe descriptions online carefully.
HOW DO EUROPEAN & AUSTRALIAN SHOE SIZES COMPARE?

WHAT WIDTHS DO YOU CARRY?
Again, depending on the supplier, the shoe widths can - and do vary. For example, diana ferrari shoes are usually a B width, however their supersoft brand is a C width. Our J. Renee dressy shoes are generally A-B width whereas our Via Nova flats have been suitable for B and even up to EE widths. Please check each description on the website carefully.
HOW CAN I ORDER SHOES?
Shoes can be ordered in either of two ways:
Website: our site is a complete online shop with a shopping cart facility so just follow the prompts and check-out when you finish shopping. Payment can be made with either a Visa or Mastercard.
Phone: Simply take note of the styles or names of the shoes that you would like to order, confirm the size availability from their online description and call us on (03) 9372-7777 between 10am and 4pm, Mondays to Saturdays. Please have your credit card details ready for either Visa or Mastercard payment. A message may be left outside of these hours (or during exceptionally busy times) and someone will call you back as soon as available.
WHAT IF THE SHOES I ORDER DON'T FIT?
Not a problem. As long as they have not been worn, simply return them to us within 2 weeks for a full refund.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?
